This is not a good quality product. It was too small, a strange colour (supposed to be “beige” but was more of a pale peach colour) and the wool was low quality and somewhat transparent. I’m a US size 8 and ordered a medium and the bottom hem was about 4 inches away from exposing my crotch! It was more like size 4 or XS. The sleeves did not reach my wrists (in the photos online the sleeves look very long). The dress was also somewhat transparent. After writing several emails a correspondent finally offered me a $40 refund. They said I could keep the dress but it is unwearable anyway. I paid $140 CAD for the dress - which should amount to a pretty high quality garment. Even though they have a “.ca” website it is not a Canadian company or maybe they have a Canadian business centre but the item shipped from
China. During the return conversations the correspondent mentioned taking the issue to Ali Express so it seemed like Ali Express was the supplier.

Throughout our multiple communications, I requested information you were unwilling to give to submit a detailed reason as to why they should refund your money. They were not willing to refund anything. I offered you a refund of the profit I made from the dress. I also suggested going through the complaint department of AliExpress but you took the offer instead. Yes, I am a Canadian-based company. I have lived in Northern Alberta for 47 years. I am building a business that offers premium products. After your review, I will be removing this dress from my store, it was from a very reputable supplier but my main concern is customer satisfaction. Once again I am sorry you did not have a good experience with us.
