Welcome to our Return Policy page. We strive to provide you with excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following information carefully to understand our return policy.

If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you of the approval status and initiate the refund process if applicable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account depending on your financial institution.

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving incorrect or damaged items, please inspect the order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns on sale items.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process for getting the item you want.
